Property Policy

1. Pets are not allowed.

2. Meal timings are fixed.

3. For security purposes, an ID card/Aadhaar card is mandatory at the time of check-in.

4. A designated smoking zone is available on the premises; smoking is not allowed elsewhere in the villa.

5. Hookahs are strictly prohibited anywhere in the villa.

6. Late check-out is chargeable per hour.

7. Please carry your own towel and toiletries.

8. Outdoor loud music is restricted after 10:00 PM. You may play music indoors.

9. Power outages by MSEB are not under our control. We do have inverter backup.

10. The sole responsibility for luggage and valuables lies with the guests.

11. Food and drinks are not allowed in the swimming pool.

Payment Policy

• Advance 50% - To reserve the date.

• Balance 50% - To be paid at the time of check -in.

• An additional refundable (damage) deposit of ₹ 5000/- will be collected in cash at check-in, which will be fully refunded at check-out provided that -

(1) There is no damage caused to/in the property,

(2) The number of guests does not increase post booking confirmation, and if any has to be informed prior to check-in

(3) The check-out time is adhered to strictly.

Cancellation Policy

• No request for refund will be honoured if the cancellation is so requested within 48 hrs of the check-in.

• 50% Refund of the total booking amount shall be accorded if the request for cancellation is made before 48 hrs of the check-in.
